Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We're working on expanding internationally in future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Delivery Cost

We offer standard delivery on every order, with no minimum spend required. Free standard UK shipping is available on orders over a qualified threshold. This will be displayed at checkout. 

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3–7 working days.

Please note that delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and other offshore UK locations may occasionally take a little longer due to courier coverage in these areas.

Order Tracking

Where available, we'll send you tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received tracking details and would like an update, email us at hello@cloveandcalm.com with your order number.

Multiple Items in One Order

Because we work with a number of carefully chosen UK suppliers, if you order multiple items in a single purchase, they may arrive in separate parcels and at slightly different times. Don't worry — this is completely normal and you will not be charged extra for this.

Delays

While we always aim to meet our stated delivery windows, occasionally things outside our control — such as adverse weather or courier delays — may affect delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@cloveandcalm.com and we will do everything we can to assist.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched, so if you spot an error please contact us at hello@cloveandcalm.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
